Structural Heart Disease 2020 is comprised of 6 tracks and 10 sessions designed to offer comprehensive sessions that address current issues in Structural Heart Disease 2020.

Heart Diseases in general term means the improper function of heart. It is the major cause of premature deaths and disabilities throughout the world. Acute Coronary event (heart attack) or stroke occurs suddenly and are very often not it becomes fatal before giving proper medical care. A person can have heart diseases and do not feel sick. Some people with the heart disease will show symptoms.

Heart Failure or Congestive Heart Failure is the case where the heart is unable to pump sufficient amount of blood to maintain body needs. Conditions like narrowed arteries in the heart (coronary artery disease) or high blood pressure makes the heart too weak to pump blood efficiently. Symptoms of heart failure are shortness of breath, excessive tiredness, and leg swelling.

Cardiac nursing is the study where the nurses work with the patient with various cardiovascular systems. Cardiac nurse      helps treat conditions like angina, coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction and cardiac dysrhythmia under the instruction of the cardiologists. Cardiac nurses perform postoperative care on a surgical unit, cardiac monitoring, and stress test evaluations. The cardiac nurse must have a Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification. In addition cardiac nurses should have specialized skills including electrocardiogram monitoring, defibrillation. Cardiac Nurses works in many different environments like Coronary Care Units (CCU), Cardiac Catheterization, Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
